These terms apply to the SetPace app (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is provided free of charge and works without an account. All features run on your device, and workout data is stored in Apple HealthKit.
Measurements, voice guidance, and statistics provided by the App are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a physician or qualified professional before starting an exercise program, and stop immediately if you feel unwell while exercising. You are solely responsible for your exercise and its outcomes.
Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. The App operates no servers and transmits no data off your device.
Rights to the App and its bundled audio, voice, and design assets belong to the developer. Reproduction or distribution beyond in-app use is not permitted. Session posters you create may be shared freely.
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for measurement errors inherent to GPS and sensors, loss of records, or malfunctions caused by device or OS environments.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page; significant changes will be noted in app update notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
